• 7:00 p.m.: Emcees will give the welcome and introduces judges Sven J. Bode, Douglas J. Nesbitt and Chris Kirkpatrick
• 7:05 p.m.: Separate introductions will be given for Ben Chmura, Project Runway (Season 7) and Jesse Lenoir, Project Runway (Season 7) and welcomed to stage for Q&A with selected audience questions
• 7:25 p.m.: Introduction of video of designer interviews
• 7:35 p.m.: Fashion Show begins
• 8:06 p.m.: The 9 student designers models will be invited out on stage and narrowed down to runner-up and winner; runner-up will be announced first followed by winner
• 8:15 p.m.: Runway show concludes
